Meghan Provost is the director responsible for programs supporting wellness at Correctional Service Canada, such as the Comprehensive Strategy for Workplace Wellness and Employee Wellbeing, Harassment Prevention, and Employee Assistance services. Meghan completed her PhD in experimental psychology at Queen’s University, and had the pleasure of participating in academic life before joining the federal public service in 2009. Meghan held numerous positions of increasingly responsibility in several federal departments, and joined CSC as an executive in 2018. Within CSC, Meghan took on numerous challenges related to Indigenous Initiatives and Incident Investigations before joining the Human Resource Management sector. As an energetic, empathetic and committed leader, Meghan is passionate about creating healthy and respectful workplaces where people can contribute their best.
